After years as a professional volleyball player, I discovered Pilates as the key to restoring balance, strength, and longevity in the body. What began as a personal practice soon became my passion and career.

Today, I teach private one-on-one sessions using the full Pilates system — Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower, Spine Corrector, and Mat. Each class is tailored specifically to you, whether your goal is to build strength, improve posture, recover from injury, or simply move with more freedom and ease.
