I am a former Olympic volleyball player and BASI certified Pilates instructor. My approach combines high-level sports experience with precise Pilates methodology. I focus on helping you move better, build strength, and develop long-term body control.
Today, I teach private one-on-one sessions using the full Pilates system — Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower, Spine Corrector, and Mat. Each class is tailored specifically to you, whether your goal is to build strength, improve posture, recover from injury, or simply move with more freedom and ease.
